Roof Replacement in Timber, OR
When patch jobs stop making sense, a full replacement resets the clock with new decking, underlayment, and a shingle system built for the next twenty-plus years.
None of this is generic marketing language. Each point below reflects how Roof Replacement jobs actually get handled here in Timber, OR.
Overlaying shingles voids most manufacturer warranties and hides decking problems. Every replacement here starts with a full tear-off.
We don't shingle over questionable decking. Any soft or rotted plywood gets swapped before the new roof system goes on.
Certified installation matters because most extended manufacturer warranties require it; an uncertified install can quietly void that coverage.
You get a start date, an estimated completion date, and a plan for weather delays before the first shingle comes off.
Every category below is handled by our own Roof Replacement specialists, not a generalist crew or a subcontractor, which keeps the diagnosis and the fix consistent.
Tear-off day includes a full decking inspection, since this is the only point in the project where the deck is fully visible.
We install underlayment rated for the specific climate exposure in Timber, OR, not a generic felt paper base layer.
Architectural or three-tab shingles get installed to manufacturer nailing patterns, which matters more for wind resistance than most homeowners realize.
Intake and exhaust ventilation get balanced during the replacement, since mismatched ventilation shortens shingle life regardless of material quality.
New drip edge, step flashing, and counter-flashing go in with the replacement rather than reusing old, potentially corroded metal.
We register the manufacturer's material warranty in your name and walk the finished roof with you before collecting final payment.
You reach a live dispatcher who takes down details about the Roof Replacement issue in Timber and books the fastest available slot. There's no automated phone tree to work through first.
Our mobile units carry diagnostic and repair equipment specific to Roof Replacement work, not a generalist toolkit. Arrival windows stay tight because dispatch is staged locally in Timber, OR.
You get a clear, written price based on what's actually found, not a phone estimate that changes once someone shows up. Nothing gets touched until you approve the number.
The job isn't done until it's done right, and it's backed by a written guarantee on our workmanship. A final walkthrough confirms everything before we consider the visit complete.
